Issue #35277: Norbert Lelles doesn't know how to say Kvatch.

 
When talking to Norbert Lelles of Anvil, in the rumors topic he will mention the attack on Kvatch, and i know that through the subtitles, because however Norbert is saying it is comically wrong in his audio. Listened to it several times to make sure i didn't mishear it. It sounds like an AI attempt at saying the word.

It sounds like he's saying "gwaht". There are other lines where he says it normally which could be spliced into this line.
