Issue #35345: Unable to obtain Hist Sap

 
Unable to obtain Hist Sap from Jeetum-Ze in Blackwood Company basement. The prompt saying it was added to my inventory appears, and then I regain control, so I check my inventory but the Hist Sap is not actually there.

Using altar.cheat.allowsetstage true and going to stage 40 of the quest doesn't work either since it won't actually trigger the Hist effect.

I save pretty regularly and each reload attempt failed (from inside basement but before dialogue, from before going into basement, from before going into BW Company etc.)

I got mine without incident, so at least we know it doesn't fail universally.
