Issue #35366: SE07A (Ritual of Dementia) - Nothing happens when activating Bust of Sheogorath

 
Quest: SE07A (Ritual of Dementia)
Stage: 28 (I have discovered the secret door Kithlan described. I should activate the hidden switch and proceed inside in pursuit of Syl)
Location: SEDementiaGardenExterior (Private Gardens)
Description: The secret passage Kithlan described should be shown when activating Bust of Sheogorath near by one of doors. The bust should be moved back but nothing happens instead when I activate it. If I disable Unofficial Oblivion Remastered Patch ESPs it works as expected.

Turns out this is due to an undocumented script fix on SE07DementiaSwitchSCRIPT which caused it to block the bust from being activated.
