Issue #35437: Coe Estate

 
NG+ Alternate universes like Evil Self, much like The Empty Nest, Coe Estate is another one that is innacessible and Coe seems to have different dialog that doesn't include anything about his son, Sam. The map (quest item) is also not present so no real harm in scripting an unlock.
