Issue #35446: The backpack mod for extra carry capacity grants me more than its description says

 
There's a mod for backpacks that should increases the carry capacity by 10 kg (that's what the description states), but after fabricating it, my carry capacity had increased by 12 kg instead. I first thought of an interference by the weightlifting skill, but this is supposed to increase the carry capacity by a fixed number, not by a percentage.
