Issue #35474: Invisible First Person Mesh/Animations

The player character's first-person mesh/animation will become invisible in certain locations. I've observed this in some vanilla locations, but I am reporting this in Shattered Space since this was the latest occurrence. First-person animations like vaulting and initiating the digipick minigame do not show properly while this issue is present. I've linked a video of me starting at Abbas Seaweed Farm and vaulting a few times. My character's hands can't be seen doing the vault animation. Then I find a door and use the lock command on it. When I start the digipick minigame, my character's hands are invisible. I then fast travel to a nearby location, Ivasir Groat Farm, and my first-person animations return to normal. I do the same thing at the other location, vault, lock door, initiate digipick minigame. Lastly, I travel back to the seaweed farm, and my vault animations work, and I can see the meshes, but when I initiate the digipick minigame, the mesh goes invisible again, and the vault animations follow suit.

Disregard, this is not a vanilla bug.
