Issue #35524: POISnowy01: Placed reference issues

 
0006482F: A mead bottle is placed below the surface of a rock (below an idle marker).

00064828, 00064829, 0006482B, 0006482F: Dagger, arrow, potion, and mead, aren't marked as owned. The barrels and bed are set as owned by HunterFaction, so I would assume this was an oversight.

00108DD6: A skill book is also missing ownership, however the developers are inconsistent about marking them as owned in this game even when they're surrounded by other owned items.

I think it’s intentional that skill books don’t have ownership, for gameplay convenience.
