Issue #35567: 10771F - BottlecapMine - Object bounds got cleared for some reason

 
I don't know how it happened, but the OBND as of 2.1.8 is zeroed for the mine, and I don't think should have been. I did a recalculate and it matches the vanilla master files, there's nothing in the changelog document on it, so I'm assuming the CK did CK things.
