Mesh has no collision, and also an incorrectly set material filename intended for C:\Projects\Fallout4\Build\PC\Data\materials\Architecture\Buildings\BldStreaks01.BGSM that is hidden in it's current position.
Reference itself is precombined, but since this is used exactly once in the game, this might be a good call for a collision box or equivalent on your side of the fence (for console side). As of this bug's filing, not sure how I want to handle it for PRP yet, but also filing it with Carto.
