Issue #35611: Placement and ownership issues in Redwater Den

 
02013E7E, 02013E7F, 02013E82: Sacks and mead barrel clipping into the back of a cupboard.

02014080, 02014081, 02014082, 02014D7F: These items were likely meant to be marked as owned by DLC1dunRedwaterDenMerchant, like the rest at the skooma dealer's counter.

This should fix, plus a few other objects. However, 02014D7F is not in redwater den, it's a tree in castle volkihar, so I didn't touch that. I assume you meant 0201407F. Also the roombound had wrong half extents.
