Issue #35641: Markarth MaleGuardVoiceType 2 missed lines

 
I found 2 lines no voice but subtitle in Markarth, and I confirm there are no DA643, DA640 MaleGuardVoiceType fuz files in Skyrim - Voices_en0.bsa. But formlist that the 2 records GetIsVoiceType includes MaleGuard.
