Issue #35655: MS11UnholyAltar fix

 
Tiny fixes.
Disabled Alpha Blending on block 10, because it was causing the edges of the rope to blend with the wood textures and get glitchy looking. Also added double_sided flag so the rope wouldn't turn invisible from certain angles.
