Issue #35664: Previous USSEP 4.3.5 fix for store dialogue did not work

 
The previous fix added for USSEP 4.3.5 to allow the initial "I want to set up a store" dialogue to trigger for CC housing did not work due to the fact that GetInCurrentLocAlias does not accept anything but a location alias as a parameter.

The replacement fix is slightly less precise but should be sufficient to accomplish the same goal using the SpouseCurrentHome variable instead. The line does require being blocked at the temple in Riften to stop it from playing right after the ceremony when it would make no sense. By the time you're able to see your spouse at the new home it will be delivered appropriately.

The previously attached fix in the ticket has been updated and incorporated into the pending retro scripts for 4.3.6. I didn't want to leave an obsolete fix available for download when that won't be implemented that way anymore.
