Issue #35672: The quest 'The Courier' may complete prematurely

 
All you have to do in this quest is to deliver three parcels to people in various places outside of Dazra. These are Alicja Dalca (at a farm just southeast of Dazra), Fihran Nostal (at Hamadi Station, northeast of Dazra) and Lazim Valyan (at a shrine north of Dazra). The quest apparently infers that you deliver Alicja's parcel first, but i didn't. Instead, I delivered Fihran's parcel first, then went to the shrine in the north to find Lazim. When I gave him his parcel, the quest completed. It even completed the objective to deliver Alicja's parcel, although I never delivered it.
