Issue #35679: Dual Savagery has wrong description

 
The description is "Dual wielding power attacks do 50% bonus damage." In fact, it works on forward and standing power attack while dual wielding and does 50% more damage. A possible solution is change the description to "Power attacks do 50% bonus damage while dual wielding" and change the power attack condition to Subject.IsPowerAttacking = 1
