Issue #35704: Open wall part in Fort Dawnguard

 
Fort Dawnguard, area where there's the huskies pen and in front of the cave entrance. Wall ref 0200DC13 has an exposed side from where you can see throught the mesh.

I chose to close it with a corner asset.
