Issue #35711: Small gap under rock pile west of Red Rocket Truck Stop

 
There's a small gap underneath a rock pile to the west of Red Rocket Truck Stop. The FormID is 001890BC, but as you would expect it's part of precombined optimization mesh. If this was to be fixed you'd have to place something to hide the gap.

Fixed in PRP with a slight bit of landscape shifting.
