"A handful of soul gem shards, some finely-ground bone meal, a good bit of purified void salts..."

Using a hyphen after an adverb ending in -ly is grammatically incorrect. In this case "finely" is the adverb. If you notice in the Creation Kit, the name of the quest item (correctly) isn't hyphenated.
