Issue #35776: Frostbite spider in Markarth Ruins is the snowy variety

 
Two frostbite spiders (000599AE, 000599B4) in Markarth Ruins (CidhnaMine02) are the snow variety. I would assume this is a mistake since these Dwarven ruins don't have snow in them.

Most likely the base object type should be changed from LvlFrostbiteSpiderSnowNoGiant to LvlFrostbiteSpiderNoGiant.
