Issue #35791: Fixed DesertRock meshes

These resource pack meshes are VERY broken.
Fixed broken collisions on most of them, was MASSIVELY oversized. (Fixed collisions are also Convex)
Fixed materials on some stone piles (stone > stairs stone because npcs need to be able to walk over them)
Fixed a LOT of UV errors. There might be some left, but its infinitely better.
Fixed broken shading on two meshes. (04 and 07)
Fixed missing geometry on 04.
Fixed broken normals.

Fixed incorrect object bounds.

The cliff meshes are being held back due to possible crash issues relating to them. They will be addressed at a later date if possible.
