Comment: Fixed for USSEP 4.3.7.

Issue #35794: stage 21 of quest Caught in the Rain shows the wrong information

 
Spadefish is actually caught in streams, but the quest states it caught in lake. The book Fishing Mastery, v2 also mentions that it's caught in streams.
