Issue #35807: Random deer in the Tiber Septim hotel lobby

 
Whenever I enter the Tiber Septim hotel in the Imperial City Talos Plaza, There's a deer running wild in the lobby, even after i kill it it just respawns the next time I am there.
I learned that that place in treated as an emergency cell so the game dumps stuff that it doesn't know what to do with there, Unfortunately no one knows how to fix it.
