Issue #35833: Several placement issues in Emperor's Tower

 
000C5740, 000C5741: Floating sacks. One of these (C5740) is clipping with another sack (C573E).

000CDFB0: Sack clipping with wall. All three sacks are awkwardly placed, but it's likely only this one needs adjustment.

000CDFBB: Mead bottle clipping into the side of a crate. In addition to being moved, it needs to be positioned on the crate so it's stable. Otherwise it will tip over and fall to the floor.
