Issue #35849: Placement issues in Dawnstar Sanctuary

 
000E98EE, 000E98EF, 000E98F0: Lantern that is clipping with a troll skull that is clipping with a candle. Spreading the lantern and skull out away from each other and the candle would fix the problem with them falling onto the ground.

000E98F4: Oversized mead barrel, which is also floating slightly.

000E98F9, 000E98FA, 000E98FB: Beverages that all floating slightly above a shelf.

000EA752, 000EA753: Dummy potion that is clipping into a book, which causes it to tip over; it's also floating above the table. Another dummy potion next to it is floating above the same table.

Also basically redid the entire navmesh because it was entirely broken, nothing but flying vertices.
