Issue #35861: WIKill04RewardLetter: Text may have been intended to be handwritten

 
It's possible the letter associated with the quest WIKill04 (WIKill04RewardLetter) was supposed to be in handwritten font. Maybe it's just me, but whatever the current font setting is seems wrong.
