Issue #35874: WindhelmSifnarCleanPalace8x8 package: wrong location

 
WindhelmSifnarCleanPalace8x8 package has sandbox Location set to "in 700 radius near SifnarREF". Since SifnarREF is Sifnar himself, it basically translates to "stay where you are when the package starts". That's why Sifnar normally stays near his sleep location until 16:00, wondering around his sleep location, occasionally using the enchantment table in Wuunferth's room and doing other weird stuff there instead of sweeping the floor in the throne room of the Palace.

The obvious solution is to change the package location to "in 700 radius near Editor Location", that covers all the sweeping markers in the throne room.

Sorry, my Speech skill went negative there. Since I can't edit the issue itself, let me rephrase the quote above: "near SifnarREF" translates to "near package start location" in-game. So instead of sweeping in the throne room between 08:00 and 16:00, Sifnar ends up wandering in the location of his previous package. The previous package is usually his "sleep" one, and since his bed is near Wuunferth's room in the quarters upstairs, you often can find Sifnar there doing some "wizard" stuff.
