Issue #35904: NPC dodging projectiles out of combat

 
I understand it's normal behavior for enemies to dodge projectiles when they see you shooting at them, but there are moments where I'm hidden in stealth and they still dodge my arrows. I've found a mod that removes this entirely, wondering if it's possible to prevent this from happening ONLY while undetected

If there is, it's not obvious. Either way this isn't something that we'd be comfortable implementing in USSEP as it's ultimately engine behavior that can only be tweaked with those ini settings.
