Issue #35908: Nuka Dark Cold missing alcohol addiction

 
Nuka Dark Cold is missing the alcohol addiction spell on the potion record. Nuka Dark warm variant has the spell, it stands to reason that the cold variant should as well, especially since the magic effects are alcoholic based.
