Issue #35914: Mistwatch: Several bottles of mead with missing encounter zone setting in exterior cells

 
In the exterior area of Mistwatch, several bottles of mead were intended to be given a no-reset encounter zone setting. I'm gathering that they were missed a long time ago when the others were addressed. The proper encounter zone setting is MistwatchZone.
