A Glossiness value set to 0 breaks the lighting shader. Setting it to 1 allows the texture to control the specularity and ensures the shader works properly. Fixed Zero glossiness values on the windhelm meshes already in ussep - for non-ussep ones, we'll fix those are we work on whatever other problems we inevitably discover in them.
Also checked all the normals to remove duplicate/unused verts and update tangents.
Did not fix the gloss on whpalace1.nif because I'm waiting on an additional UV fix for that mesh first.
DId not fix whclancruelsea and WhclanShattershield nifs gloss because I'm waiting on some zfighting fixes for those meshes.
Also fixed an incorrect texture path on whviolagiorano.nif that put window textures on the side of a wood pole.
