Issue #35953: Book and TGRItemMarker spawn marker overlap in Valindor's House

 
In Valindor's house, a book (0010609F) and a Thieves Guild quest spawn marker (0009CE65) are overlapping each other on top of a dresser. The book should probably moved to the center of the dresser to the right of the marker to prevent the problem in the screenshot linked below.
