Issue #35960: Unique letter in Lod's House respawns

 
"Private Letter" (Ref 000D939A) respawned in Lod's house. The console shows a "1" next to all of the stages for Favor018, which indicates I had to have stolen it for Dengeir earlier in the game. The reference having the respawn is almost certainly the culprit.

Fixed. The candle right next to it was also hovering ,had to fix that while i was there.
