Issue #35976: Bleeding/floating logs at Ivarstead

 
The log pile by the Ivarstead sawmill is quite sloppily assembled. In particular, 9D38C is bleeding quite badly at one end, while floating a bit at the other end. Also 9D38B is floating along the long edge.
