Issue #35986: Prisoner corpse not removed in Heimskr's jail cell

 
A prisoner corpse (000A5793) isn't removed from the jail cell if Heimskr occupies it. I don't know for sure that this is a bug, but you'd think the previous occupant would have been removed by the guards before placing Heimskr in there. Or it could be they just don't care.
