Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch

So I updated USSEP in my modlist and was in the process of checking for conflicts in SSEEdit when I came to a mod that was too large to check by hand. So I used SSEEdit to make a delta patch between v4.3.5 and v4.3.6c to speed things up. Imagine my confusion when the delta patch showed a bunch of removed records that made no sense. Cross referencing the removed records with the changelog indicated that at least some of the records should very much still be in USSEP.

That can't be right. Did I make a mistake in SSEEdit? So I grabbed a fresh copy of v4.3.5 and v4.3.6c and manually verified the presence or absence of some of the records. There was no mistake: the records had indeed been removed. I then checked v4.3.6b and v4.3.6a; same result.

Tl;dr: Around 100 records were removed in v4.3.6. This was either unintentional, or, at the very least, undocumented.

To make it absolutely clear this is a real issue, here are some examples:
