Issue #36009: Industrial Rothicite harvester is erroneously labeled as commercial

 
OutpostHarvesterSolid_Rothicite_03_Large - This harvester is mistakenly labeled as the commercial variant. That already exists in the form of OutpostHarvesterSolid_Rothicite_02_Med.

All of the "Large" variants are the industrial versions.
