Issue #36016: Floating objects inside BigJohnsSalvage01 interior cell

 
All objects below are floating from the ground.

Cans - (0018e846) + (0018e845)
Chair - (001e44cb)

I believe this might be a side effect of the collision of the metal panels they are sitting on top of having large collision. Dropping the cans in-game in the spots they are in results in them still floating.
