Issue #36024: Maximian Axius' remains respawn contents when dungeon resets

 
Maximian Axius' remains (DLC2MaximianRemains) will respawn a few pieces of gold when the fort resets. The reason for this is that the actor record has the respawn flag set. His knapsack logically doesn't respawn its contents, so neither should his skeleton.
