Issue #36045: Unique notes respawn in Pinewatch

 
Two unique notes in Pinewatch shouldn't respawn. Not sure if removing the respawn flags is the proper solution or not because a number of notes in Pinewatch Bandit Sanctuary are linked to an enable parent marker (dunPinewatchClearedDisabler) in the PinewatchExterior cell.
