Issue #36068: Cydonia Trackers Alliance Agent doesnt have correct lipsync for her intro dialogue

 
The Trackers Alliance Agent in Cydonia has improper lipsync with her audio voice line. It plagues a couple of her intro dialogue lines, you can see an example from this video:
