Issue #36080: The decontamination arch inside the HalluciGen building doesn't work correctly

 
Its function may fail in certain situations. Although the water mist animation will play after the device is activated, the radiation value will not be removed at all when the character passes under the archway.

The issue likely occurs randomly when the location and its objects are initially generated. If it doesn't work the first time you use it, it will never work again, no matter how much time has passed.
