Issue #36118: Reavers in Gyldenhul Barrow exterior weren't meant to respawn

 
The two reavers in the exterior area of Glydenhul Barrow (DLC2GyldenhulBarrowExterior01) weren't intended to be able to respawn. The location (DLC2GyldenhulBarrowLocation) is marked to never reset. Both references need to have their encounter zone setting set to 'DLC2GyldenhulBarrowZone' to fix this bug.
