Issue #36182: Missing audio: Synth Strider in Institute

 
When first navigating the Institute, the player happens upon a conversation between Lawrence and a Synth Strider. The lines for the Synth Strider are subtitled, but there's no audio at all.

Lawrence: "You call this a clean floor? [...]"

Synth Strider: "My apologies, sir. I was issued a defective cleansing unit."

Lawrence: "Don't make excuses. You're [...]"

Synth Strider: "Yes, sir."

Looks like the same character(s?) are missing more lines in other scenes.
