Issue #36194: Maxwell (Brain Dead) wrong dialogue option

 
During "Brain Dead", after seeing that the Overseer's Office is locked, there's supposed to be an option to ask Maxwell about the key.

Instead, the option "Where to start" is lit up again, even if already asked. When selected:

"I'm not sure where I should start..." <-- clearly wrong dialogue line

Maxwell: "Oh yes, Mr. Parker locked it a while back after finding out that one of the other residents had been inside. Said it wasn't safe."
