Issue #36204: One of Glover Mallory's hello topics doesn't make when he's away from the forge

 
The following dialogue line doesn't seem appropriate when Glover Mallory isn't at or near his forge. It probably should have a condition check.

DLC2DialogueRavenRock [04018B08]:
"Either you're here to get showered in sparks, or you're looking for something to buy. Out with it."

He has two other hellos (04018B06 and 04018B07) related to his work, but they don't exactly stand out as odd while away from the forge like the one mentioned above.
