Issue #36207: There's no voice when asking Jarl Brina Merilis about purchasing a land

 
In my gameplay during the civil war, Jarl Brina Merilis is installed as a new Jarl of Dawnstar, then I talk to her and select the option "Is that land you mentioned still available"? Her response text "Yes, it is. It's in the southern part of the Pale, ..." shows, but there's no voice, and it won't skip to the next line automatically until I click the mouse. However the rest lines have the matched voices.
