Issue #36214: DialogueRiftenBersiBranchTopic [0009864D]: Incorrect punctuation

 
The question is, what isn't wrong with Riften.

Sometimes grammar rules are tricky, but I'm pretty sure this sentence was supposed to end with a question mark and not a period.

Should check against the audio to make sure it sounds like a question in the acting. If it does, this will fix.

This one is borderline, the tone of voice doesn't fit asking a question. It's more in line with "I wonder what ..." kind of statements.
