Issue #36216: Several placement issues in Tel Mithryn

 
040332DB: A swamp fungal pod is clipping partially into a shelf.

0403D059, 0403D05A: Books that are clipping part way into tables.

0403D06D: A soul gem often rolls off a shelf. If you run "Run Havok Sim" on it in the CK, you'll see that it doesn't stay still for whatever reason like it should.
