Issue #36233: Revus Sarvani's merchant inventory and gold doesn't reset

 
Revus Sarvani's merchant inventory and available gold don't seem to be resetting for some reason. I'm not sure if this was set up this way deliberately by some odd chance or not. His original available gold was only like 50, if I recall correctly. There's also a possibility this problem is due to an engine bug, but in this case it still seems to happen if I've been far away from the area for a long period of time.
