Issue #36272: Battle Fury stacks incorrectly with Dual Flurry

 
I really like all the added conditions for Elemental Fury to make sure it stacks correctly with Dual Flurry. I think the same should be done for Battle Fury to make sure it stacks correctly with Dual Flurry. There are two vanilla followers which have Dual Flurry perks and can be affected: Frea and Ralis Sedarys.
